Develop and implement regular maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of all equipment
Consistently provide a high quality of cut across the golf course to aid in exceptional playing surfaces.
Maintain accurate record of equipment repairs, usage and maintenance schedules.
Manage the daily operations of the shop, including inventory control and ordering of supplies and parts
Coordinate with Management to ensure equipment and supplies are available for daily operations.
Assist in budgeting and purchasing decisions related to equipment and the shop with the Superintendent.

Education: Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in equipment management, shop management or related field (golf course maintenance preferred)

Technical skills: Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with experience in servicing/repairing golf course equipment, small engines, and vehicles

Certificates/Licenses: Valid Driver’s License

Communication skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with staff, golfers, and vendors.

Organizational skills: Must be able to multi task, prioritize, and have strong attention to detail
